In order to provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders mu be received in writing within 7 days of delivery of the order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking link is provided in the email you receive confirming the shipment of your order.

If you have created an account, this tracking link is also available on our website under My Account, then “My Orders.”

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A COLOR BY VIRTUE PRODUCT?
For Color by Virtue orders, products may be returned by mail within 7 days of purchase.

Please contact Color by Virtue Customer Service shop@colorbyvirtue.com for return information.

Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed in original packaging with tags attached.

All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender, and refund processing time varies by financial institution. 

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.

Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at your expense; we suggest using a traceable and insured service to prevent packages from being lost as we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please include your invoice or returns form when mailing your return.

International Returns
Orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package. Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at your expense; we suggest using a traceable and insured service to prevent packages from being lost/damaged as we are not responsible for any lost/damaged packages. Please include your invoice or order number. If an item is returned damaged a refund or exchange will not be issued. Shipping and duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of being placed, holidays and weekends may affect processing time.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground with a signature required of US based address and UPS Worldwide expedited for international orders.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

We are not responsible for any LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have an undelivered order re-shipped, if available.

The buyer assumes ALL responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact customer service with any questions regarding carrier claims.
